Order Changes & Exchanges

  • Please review your order details meticulously, including size, design, quantity, and more, before finalizing your purchase. Due to our dedication to swift order processing, we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges if the reason stems from mistakes such as selecting the wrong item type, size, design, or providing an incorrect address.
  • Nonetheless, if you detect an error after placing your order, there’s a 6-hour window for you to cancel and then reorder with the correct details.
  • If you have any questions prior to making a purchase, please reach out. Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Time frame for order cancellation after placing an order.

  • Once you place your order, you are granted a 6-hour window to cancel it.
  • If we receive a cancellation request after this period, your order may already be in processing or on its way to shipment.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

  • From the date of delivery, you are given a 30-day window to return any item. Once this period has passed, orders are considered accepted by the customer and no refunds will be provided.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • The product arrived shattered.
  • The design of the received item is different from what was ordered.
  • The size of the product doesn’t match the ordered specifications.
  • The material of the product differs from the description.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The description of the product does not align with the item received.

Condition of Returned Product

  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products shouldn’t have defects unless the defect originated from us.
  • Original tags must remain intact.
  • Items with minor, fixable issues, such as extraneous threads, will not be approved for return.

Proof for Refund Claims

  • Shipping label/receipt.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence showcasing the defective items.
  • Screenshots of pertinent emails we sent to you.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Initiate the Process: Email your refund inquiry and the required documentation to [email protected].
  2. Review and Response: Our Customer Service Department will assess your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days. Make sure to activate email notifications to receive timely updates.
  3. Next Steps: Specific instructions tailored to your case will be provided.
  4. Important Note: Refunds will be processed only after we’ve sent an email confirmation deeming your return request eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers must cover the cost of return shipping. This expense will not be included in the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

  • After we receive your returned item, it may take up to 2 business days for us to process the refund.
  • Once the package is in our possession, you will receive a notification via email.
  • We will then issue a full refund, which includes any original shipping fees.

Awaiting Your Refund? Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It might take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Note that refunds typically reflect within 10 to 15 days from the date of issuance, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  4. If you’ve taken the above steps and still haven’t seen your refund, reach out to us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2-3 business days.

  • Return Policy Duration: Our return policy is active for 30 days from the delivery date. Beyond this window, orders are considered accepted and refunds will not be provided.
  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items can be returned or exchanged within the 30-day period. While we don’t charge additional fees for returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Responsibility for Returned Items: Should a returned item get lost or damaged in transit back to us, we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be issued.
  • Initiating a Return: Please communicate with our Support Team before starting a return. We won’t be liable for returns that don’t adhere to our guidelines or for items lost during the return if there was no prior communication.
