The duration for delivering an order is split into two segments:

Our projected delivery dates take into account several elements, such as the delivery address and the speed at which we can get your items ready for shipping.

Please note that during high-demand periods and special sales, the delivery might experience slight delays.

We ship our orders through carriers like USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The projected delivery date is determined by various factors, including the recipient’s address and the pace at which we ready your items for shipping.

We process orders on business days, which are from Monday to Friday, based on Eastern Standard Times. The following holidays observed by the Post Office are excluded: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

With certain shipping providers, tracking information might take between 5-7 business days to reflect updates in their system. The estimated shipping time begins from the date the product is shipped, not the date when the order is placed. Delays beyond the projected delivery date might occur due to reasons such as an incorrect address, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it, even though the tracking status indicates it’s been delivered, it’s crucial to contact the carrier directly to locate your package. Once an item is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over it. However, if problems persist after contacting the carrier, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll do our utmost to help.

IMPORTANT: It’s the responsibility of our customers to provide accurate shipping and billing addresses. If you notice an error in the address, please get in touch with us immediately. Once a product has been dispatched, we can’t process refunds unless and until the product is returned to us.
